£40,000 - £52,500

Our Client, a highly regarded regional firm recommended by The Legal 500 for their Commercial Property team, is now looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join their Guildford office.
As a solicitor, you will be advising a variety of clients across the Surrey and South East region. Works includes advising on general commercial, property transactions, development and investment property matters such as : Acquisitions, Disposals, Developments and L&T matters. Depending on your experience, you will be building and developing your own case load or be working on matters delegated from the Partners.
We are welcoming applications from junior to senior level solicitors who have valuable real estate experience from a top firm. The successful candidate will demonstrate a good sense of commercial awareness and the ability to work as part of a team. Good interpersonal and social skills are also essential. For the right candidate there is promising prospects of progression.
