Our client, Mercedes-Benz, is seeking to recruit an interim Commercial lawyer to join the team on a 3-6 month basis, ideally with a July start.

You will join the Legal team at the Group Head Office in Milton Keynes.

This position is available on either a full- or part-time basis.

The Role

You will provide general legal advice in relation to all commercial matters, specifically commercial contracts and data protection, with key accountabilities including:

* Negotiating and drafting a variety of procurement and sales contracts for the business, including IT agreements, customer support, data management, marketing services
* Supporting the organisation in all matters relating to GDPR;
* Providing other ad-hoc legal advice to the wider business

The Person

You will be a UK-qualified, experienced commercial contracts lawyer and have a background in undertaking similar interim assignments, with an interest in GDPR matters. Any motor industry experience/knowledge would be beneficial but is not necessary.
