Job Details
A recognised market leader, this company is a successful and valued organisation dedicated to bringing about success within the transportation, construction sectors and marine environment.
This company is looking for a bright, driven and versatile junior corporate lawyer to join its legal team. You would report directly into the General Counsel and be working on a variety of commercial contracts, compiling data rooms and assisting the General Counsel throughout the deal process and providing corporate legal advice.
You will have experience of corporate work and corporate deal processes within a training contract or post-qualification role. Experience handling commercial contracts and knowledge of the marine and energy sector is beneficial but not a necessity.
This is a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to gain invaluable experience in-house. This is a great opportunity to learn and progress, with the opportunity to travel and gain insight into a fast emerging sector.
