Your new company
Working within a leading large commercial firm based in the centre of Reading, you will be working with the Corporate team focusing on restructuring with M&A. The firm sits predominantly on the bank for the majority of UK commercial lending banks whilst also working across all industry sector groups.
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to build a strong foundation for a prosperous career whilst being exposed to top quality corporate work. you will be challenged across technical work and be given every resource and support needed to progress within your career. A wide variety of corporate matters including M&A to general advisory, private equity and public company transactions.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor with experience and a keen interest in corporate law. You should have a proven track record gained within a recognised firm. You should strong client management skills and capability for business development. Ideally you will have a strong academic background with a commercial outlook and a proactive style to act upon your own initiative.
