CORPORATE (GUERNSEY) (5 - 10 PQE) (ONLY 20% TAX)

The Guernsey office of this global offshore firm are currently looking for a 5 - 10 PQE corporate lawyer to bolster their well-regarded team. You will need to have gained your experience at a major firm in London, Australia or New Zealand and have excellent academics. The work will be broad ranging including M&A, JV's, schemes of arrangement, capital markets and corporate restructuring. Clients include global financial institutions, investment managers and corporate entities.
