Construction Lawyer – Top 50 UK Law Firm – Contract – Competitive Salary
The Client
Our client, a top 50 UK Law Firm, is looking to take on a construction lawyer to support its well-respected London office.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Focusing on non-contentious construction work, acting for principals, homeowners, builders, architects, contractors and subcontractors;
- Some contentious work involving construction litigation, commercial litigation, dispute resolution and administrative review matters;
- Advising clients on funding, drafting and negotiation of key documents, through to delivery of and exit from construction projects; and
- Supporting junior lawyers and paralegals where required.
About You
You should:
- Be a UK qualified lawyer;
- Have experience working in a top 50 law firm; and
- Be available to start in the next 4-6 weeks.
This role is ideal for someone looking to undertake high quality work in private practice, without committing to one firm long-term.
