A top tier Corporate and Commercial law firm are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their specialist TMT team based in Cardiff.

The team advise on and assist with the drafting of a wide range of TMC, IP and commercial agreements and providing legal advice and assistance primarily on a range of IT, communications, IP, digital media, data protection (GDPR), competition law and freedom of information law issues.

The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years PQE experience dealing with range of Commercial Contracts & IT/IP matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Solicitor to join leading experts in this field.
