The Role

Because the firm is dealing with so much Corporate work, they are looking for a Company Secretary to join their City of London office.

The Corporate team handle industry leading Corporate Law work across investments, M&A's, join ventures and private equity transactions across UK and international clients. Technology, Media and Entertainment often overlaps with the Corporate department, and so the work they deal with here is particularly interesting and complex.

You will provide supervision of a member of the team, so must have some leadership or management experience. You will also work with the wider Corporate team on a range of Corporate matters. You will handle a case load of Corporate Law work and work with the team on larger transactions.

Requirements

  • You will be a Company Secretary (3+ years' experience with SOME Corporate Law experience)
  • You MUST be fully ICSA qualified
  • You will ideally have some experience in charity/non-profit distributing work
  • You must have some management/leadership experience
