Due to growth and existing client needs, the firm is currently seeking a 3-5 years PQE Western Qualified Corporate Lawyer to join their team.

This role supports superb Partners and will see you work on a range of matters mainly corporate structuring and advisory work including capital raisings, corporate governance, managed investments and mergers and acquisitions as well as financial services advisory.
