In House Commercial Lawyer

Are you a Senior Commercial Lawyer ready for your next challenge? One of the World's leading professional services organisations, who offers a range of business focused legal services is seeking a highly experienced commercial lawyer to join their team. Working as the Senior Manager of the team, you will be required to draft contracts and advise on a diverse range of commercial law issues. The team are also responsible for intellectual property and you will be required to advise on non-contentious IP matters, typically drafting IP agreements. The successful applicant will manage a portfolio of clients, be involved with financial management of clients, be actively involved with business development for new and existing clients, develop project strategies and train, coach and supervise team members.
