JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ PQE

THE ROLE:
This role is a superb opportunity for a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of the region's leading property practices. The appointed Solicitor will have exposure to a full range of commercial property matters including agricultural property, which the firm offers a real specialism in. The team are made up of a group of experienced professionals who act for a variety of clients, including landlords, tenants, developers, investors and banks. They offer partner led expertise in commercial property within sectors including healthcare, charity, education and corporate real estate. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will thrive on the chance to develop their experience and long-term career learning from some of the experts within this field and working on complex, high value and interesting cases.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor should have at least three years of post qualification experience gained at another recognised firm. The Solicitor should have a broad knowledge of all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant, sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold matters and commercial development transactions. The Solicitor should have the drive and business acumen needed to help push the department forward and achieve an ambitious growth plan over the next few years. Candidates should be extremely client focused and should be ready to hit the ground running as they will be assigned a busy and varied caseload from the outset.
