The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their Cambridge office

You will deal with high value and complex matters for an excellent and varied client base, working alongside an experienced Partner. The caseload will be varied so you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as; Landlord and tenant, Licenses to assign, Commercial leases, Acquisitions and disposals and Development work.

This team are regularly referred work from other areas of the firm, and you will be given full support to service your own client base or contacts should you be able to bring this with you.

The firm are looking to grow significantly and so are looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic and business development skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern firm with a fresh outlook.

Requirements

• You will be an ambitious Solicitor or Associate with 1 - 4 PQE
• You will have an excellent understanding of Commercial Property matters
• Salary is competitive, based upon experience
