We have been retained by the premium warranty and indemnity insurance (M&A insurance) brand in their search for a Corporate M&A Attorney in Stockholm to focus on structuring and placing risks for premium M&A deals across the Nordics.

The business has a first-class reputation of advising a private equity, venture capital, funds and corporate acquirers on insuring high value M&A deals and the team is comprised of former top-tier corporate M&A and Private Equity Attorneys that have moved into insurance broking.

You will have first class M&A experience gained from within corporate law as a Lawyer and be confident in your technical and commercial ability. The appointment offers Lawyers the opportunity to move into a commercial role yet still draw upon their technical M&A and legal skill-set.
