Senior Corporate Lawyer

After a strong year, the corporate practice at this Tier One International firm has a solid pipeline of work for some high profile, highly sophisticated clients. As a result, are looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join the corporate practice in Dubai.

The successful candidate will work on a broad mix of transactions but will primarily focus on private M&A work and joint ventures. Most of the work will have a significant international dimension and will range from some of the largest and most complex transactions to smaller deals, which provide greater responsibility.

Seeking a Corporate Lawyer with 6-8 years PQE who has strong academic record and qualifications along with a solid technical and commercial background.
