Corporate Senior Associate

This is a stand out corporate team within a highly respected International law firm based in Dubai. The firm is known as working on some of the best deals in the GCC and a culture that promotes working collaboratively. The partners in the team have won awards for being at the top of their game and the team regularly is at the top of M&A lists.

The team is now looking for a 5-9 years PQE Lawyer who is looking to either step into their first Senior Associate role or who is looking at a lateral move as a Senior Associate.

The candidate will have strong skills across corporate M&A matters, capital raisings, joint ventures and more generally across the corporate aspects of large projects work. Additionally, have strong client relationship skills and a real passion for corporate law.
