The role
The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Lawyer into their growing and long-established Portsmouth
You will work as part of a highly reputable, regional team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.
You will join an award-winning corporate team that is led by a partner who widely regarded as leaders in their field on the South Coast. Moreover, they are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.
The department advises companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.
You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role.
Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE, the team are busy and looking to make more than one hire)
- You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression
