The Role
Because the firm is expanding, they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their prestigious office in Canterbury, Kent.
The Real Estate team is one of the best and largest on the South East Coast, backed up by a strong IT infrastructure, high tech tools at their disposal, and excellent one to one secretarial support, freeing up the Solicitors to do more billing, and less administrative duties. Caseload will include, but will not be excluded to, landlord and tenant work, development cases and sales and purchases.
The team deals with a wide range of Real estate matters, across a wide range of clients ranging in net worth and value. however, due to the firm's fantastic reputation in the area, you will be capitalising on a plethora of referral work. You will also be involved in networking which will really allow you to make a name for yourself further in the area.
Requirements:
- You will be a Real Estate Solicitor (3+ PQE) and you will have experience in running your own cases unsupervised.
- You will have experience working well within a cohesive team unit.
- You will be motivated to join a chambers ranked team
