Our client is a well regarded, full service UK firm. Continuing to expand the firm's high profile Banking Team is currently looking to hire an experienced lawyer, to join at Senior Associate level.
The team enjoy a range of general finance work, but with a focus towards corporate, leveraged and acquisition finance matters.
This position would suit an ambitious client facing lawyer who looking to make the step up into a more senior role, where you will be expected to take a lead on high value transactions and supervise more junior members of the team.
