Corporate Tax 2-5

The Tax team provide support to the Corporate department on M&A and PE deals, as well as advising standalone clients of the department on the full spectrum of Corporate Tax matters.

The continued expansion of this team has led to an additional need for a 2-5 PQE Corporate Tax associate. Applicants will join a streamlined team that will afford excellent access to partners and international clients, allowing mid-level associates to take on a high degree of responsibility for all aspects of Corporate Tax work.

The successful applicant will currently be working on a comparable Corporate Tax offering, either at a leading City or International practice. Experience of working with clients in the Energy, Transport, or Real Estate sectors would also be an advantage in relation to this role.
