**INTERNATIONAL CITY FIRM** Commercial Associate 2-5PQE

A highly regarded International City firm with a strong focus on technology work are looking to recruit into their growing Commercial team. The firm in question are looking for an individual at the mid-level between 2 and 5 years of post-qualification experience. In return, the practice offer high-quality multi-jurisdictional work, the chance to join a close-knit collegiate team and a work/life balance not may not be possible at most International firms.

The role itself will be predominantly focused on technology and data protection work and those with experience in both fields would very much be of interest to the team. The practice regularly advise on complex commercial transactions often with a multi-jurisdictional element. The firm's wide client base vary from multinational blue chips technology companies to smaller start-ups.

The new joiner will have a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience with exposure to general commercial work, ideally with a technology focus. A good academic record is also required as well as experience in a respected City or regional practice.
