Investment Management / Funds - Leading City firm (2-4PQE)

This international full service firm has a well established Investment Management & Funds practice that is continuing to grow and is subsequently looking to hire a bright, and ambitious midlevel associate (2-4PQE).

The team enjoys a very broad range of work advising on the formation, structuring and establishment of new private funds, including real estate funds and providing commercial and regulatory advice on these fund structures. Whilst this firm is particularly renowned for their work within the real estate sector, including corporate real estate transactions, associates in this team will also gain exposure to private equity and finance investment matters.

In addition to high quality and varied work, this firm takes a serious and mature approach to work / life balance and flexible working. Associates benefit from excellent training and support, as well as a very competitive remuneration package in-line with Silver Circle firms.

To be successful, you will typically be a corporate / funds lawyer with between 2 and 4 years' PQE, gained from a recognised law firm and be qualified as a solicitor in the UK, Australia or New Zealand.
