An International firm that are highly regarded for their work in the technology sector are looking to hire a senior associate to join their Commercial Technology practice in London. The firm can offer high-end multi-jurisdictional transactional work, a modern and progressive culture and excellent career progression prospects.

The practice's client base is varied and includes multiple blue-chip- technology suppliers, market-leading retailers, service providers, insurers and financial institutions. The position will consist of advising these clients on a range of non-contentious TMT matters such as software licensing, outsourcing agreements, cloud computing and distribution. The work in this practice is truly global and will enable the new joiner to build a platform for a long and successful career within this area.

This Technology team are seeking an ambitious senior lawyer who has undertaken a seat within an International, City or leading regional Commercial Technology team. A good academic record is also required to be considered for this position.
