Job Details
This firm is well known for its entrepreneurial client base including a strong foothold within the tech space. They have a new role for corporate lawyer c.4-8pqe ideally with experience within the sector.
The work varies from acting for start ups to well established multi-nationals and includes the full range of corporate work from M&As to JVs and restructurings. They work closely with their clients and share the same passion that their entrepreneurial client base possess.
The firm are undergoing considerable growth and to be considered for this unusual and exciting role you should possess the requisite level of experience gained within a well regarded City or large regional practice. Ideally at least some of your work to date should include exposure to the tech space. You will need to demonstrate that you can work autonomously and also possess well honed interpersonal and business development skills.
