The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Commercial Solicitor for a niche boutique practice based in the City of London.
Your caseload will consist of a variety of cases, you will handle IP registrations and resisting claims, commercial agreements such as platform agreements, licences and contract disputes.
You will be allocated a dedicated paralegal to support.
They will consider part time and/ or flexible working. Once established the ability to work from home is open to agreement.
The Requirements
- You will be a Senior Commercial Solicitor with at least 7 + years PQE - and will have come from a large city practice
- You will have a pragmatic approach to your work
- The salary is competitive and based on your level of experience
