The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Employment Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE for a niche boutique practice based in the City of London.
The decided candidate will have worked at a large city practice and will have handled an array of corporate clients.
Your caseload will consist of employment contracts, unfair dismissals, wrongful dismissal, discrimination, grievances and disciplinary issues and TUPE.
You will provide advice on contracts and policies, settlement agreements, share inscentives for employees, restrictive covenants and immigration law.
You will be allocated a dedicated paralegal to support.
The Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Employment Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE - and will have come from a large city practice
- You will have a pragmatic approach to your work
- The salary is competitive and based on your level of experience
