Our client is a well-established South East regional law firm and ranked in The Legal 500.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a private client lawyer to join a highly successful team which has an impressive client base and is highly regarded in the legal directories.
You will be responsible for working on a varied caseload to include estate administration and inheritance/tax planning, wills, trusts, EPAs, Public Guardianship Office applications, elderly client and domicile matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you will be a private client lawyer with 4-7PQE, a strong academic background and a proven track record gained from an established national or regional firm..
You should have strong knowledge of wills and probate coupled with a good understand of estate and tax planning.
In addition you should be STEP qualified (or nearing completion).
You should be a team player, who is self-motivated with commitment and commercial awareness and able to prioritise.
