The company is looking for a proactive, collaborative and commercially-minded junior property lawyer to join its legal team. You would work closely with the senior property legal counsel on a range of real estate matters, including asset management, lease renewals, corporate joint ventures and acquisitions, and disputes. You would also have the opportunity to broaden your skillset by supporting to business on generalist commercial work too.
This is an invaluable opportunity for those looking to gain exposure to high quality commercial property work within an excellent in-house legal team. You would work closely with all parts of the business, providing focused, strategic advice and would play a key role in influencing the way the company operates.
