Our client is an innovative Local Authority who are actively seeking a Principal Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with initiative, a proactive approach to problem solving and a real commitment to the job.

The ideal candidate needs to be motivated and able to keep up in a fast paced working environment.

The role

The successful applicant will be expected to carry out the following duties:

• To act as a legal advisor to the client organisations in regeneration, commercial property, and other corporate or constitutional and administrative matters.

• To advise and assist clients with property advice in connection with their housing portfolio.
• Preparing, negotiating and advising on all aspects relating to regeneration projects and commercial property work.
• Advising and negotiating on projects involving multiple agencies and client interests, including the third sector and charitable organisations.

It is essential that you are experienced and confident within this field when applying before the position.

Leadership skills and the ability to produce effective results is imperative for this role.
