Disputes/Investigations - international firm - 2-4 PQE London

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious junior-mid-level regulatory/investigations lawyer with a mix of contentious and non-contentious experience to join the regulatory/advisory practice within an established fast-growing and very highly regarded international firm.

The firm is well known and highly ranked for all forms of dispute resolution, and particularly for assisting clients operating in complex regulated industries with reaching their business objectives.

Their regulatory/advisory team is an established leader in providing sanctions, financial crime and compliance advice to the regulated industries, and they are now looking for an Associate to assist in supporting growing client demand. The work diet is varied and includes contentious and non-contentious work, assisting clients within a number of sectors, including commodities, trade, and insurance.

You'll advise on complex internal corporate investigations and defending regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. You'll also advise on compliance issues relating to sanctions, bribery and corruption, money laundering and fraud, regulatory change, international risk and corporate governance related matters.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have:

• Strong academics and training/post-qualification experience gained from a rated international or City firm;
• 2-4 years' high quality post-qualification experience, ideally with a mix of contentious and non-contentious regulatory and investigations matters, acting for corporate clients rather than individuals;
• Although regulatory/investigations experience is preferred it's not required if you're a bright, , analytical disputes lawyer who is keen to learn.
