Private Family Solicitor - Legal 500 Practice
Chester City Centre
A Legal 500 listed, Chambers ranked practice is looking to appoint to its family offering. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor as you will be dealing with a high calibre caseload of family matters.
This practice is a national firm, and is known for its very strong regional links within the North West to ensure that there is contintious good quality workflow. Consequently, the practice is highly thought of within the region, regularly dealing with high value, quality matters and the firm has forged long standing relationships with a variety of clients due to it consistently providing an exceptional level of client care. The firm itself is very highly regarded within its specialist sectors such as local government, social housing and social care, family, private client and charities.
The firm is keen to speak with an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive who has a minimum of 5 years' PQE and who has experience of dealing with the full remit of privately funded family matters, so you will need to be well versed in dealing with divorce, civil partnership dissolution, financial settlements, cohabitation agreements, and arrangements for children. In this role you will have exposure to a HNW client base so you will not just simply deal with relatively straight forward matters as the majority of work will comprise complex subject matter such as dealing with high value and complicated financial structures.
In addition, you will act as a technical referral point to more junior members of the team and you will be enthusiastic about business development, especially as you will be a senior member of the team and will be required to participate in seminars and presentations, so there is massive scope for progression for someone with an appetite for growing the firm's family offering. This is not limited to being an office based role and there will be an abundance of opportunities for face to face client engagement both within and out of the office.
This a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a team at a leading firm which will provide exposure to quality matters in a collegiate environment and which offers a clear career development route which is particularly pertinent given the close proximity in which you will work with one of the partners in the team.
