These particular positions will focus on mainstream Corporate work, covering an interesting array of high-level M&A, Equity Capital Markets and General Corporate Advisory matters. Their practice is diverse across a number of sectors, with a bias towards Financial services. Many of their deals are cross border in some way and often involve working alongside the Magic/Silver circle and other leading international firms. Applicants will need to have suitable experience within a highly regarded Offshore, UK or Commonwealth Corporate practice.
