The team advise on all aspects of business and investment structuring, both domestically in the jurisdictions in which have offices and internationally. Their clients are wealthy, motivated individuals, families and businesses. They make little distinction between their business and personal affairs and seek a joined up approach to those affairs from their lawyers.

The role will cover a mixed caseload involving all aspects of tax, trusts and domestic and international wealth planning. They provide UK personal tax advice for both domestic and international families on their succession and tax planning using wills, trusts and other structures. Additionally, they offer advice to settlors, fiduciaries and beneficiaries regarding the establishment and management of offshore structures.

They are seeking a first rate private client associate with both the technical ability and polished demeanour to work at the very highest level for the very wealthiest individuals and families. Excellent career prospects.
