The Role
The firm is seeking to recruit a Family Senior Associate / Partner into their Exeter, Devon office.
You will be at the forefront of a highly ranked team, working with the Partners to drive the department forwards.
You will deal with a mixture of work, mainly focussing on ancillary relief as well as some private children matters. The team is lovely, they have a friendly, professional and supportive culture.
The department is currently looking to grow given they are very busy.
Requirements
- You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to experience)
- You will have technical knowledge
- Experience of managing a team is of advantage but not necessarily essential
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Salary is very competitive, and above market rate, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
