The Role
The firm is seeking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor into their Bristol, Somerset office.
The Property department is highly ranked and is currently flourishing due to steady growth over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard-working team, their achievements over the years are incredible.
You will find that there are very strong referral sources, you will deal with a high-quality of work, this will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, Re-mortgages, Lease extensions and some other matters.
The firm believes in people dealing with manageable caseloads and charging well for the work they do. The department is currently looking to grow given they are very busy.
Requirements
- You will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor (there is no upper limit in regards to experience)
- You will have technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Salary is very competitive, and above market rate, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
