My Client is a Top 100 firm ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers. QED Legal are recruiting an Insolvency Solicitor from 1 to 4 years' PQE to join the busy insolvency team of this Legal 500 firm in West London. Focusing largely upon contentious work, the team act for insolvency practitioners, creditors, companies, directors and other stakeholders in both formal insolvencies and financially distressed situations, including cross border work. The work is varied and interesting, and there is great scope for progression at this firm.

To be considered for this role, you must have good academics and have trained at a leading firm. You must possess a good technical understanding of insolvency matters, although you do not have to ahve specialised in this area alone. You will have experience of assisting in complex insolvency cases.
