Global Brand/Global Practice Partner: ideally you will be a local UAE lawyer with a UK or US practice or indeed a regional lawyer considering a change in career paths / move to a larger practice. It doesn't matter; what matters is that you will be able to hit the ground running and able to converse in all general conventional finance matters related to this firm's massive global [bank] client base. With some of the most complex transactions coming through the doors of this multi-global practice, a banking partner is now needed to embrace the massive levels of finance work currently at the door of this firm's Dubai hub. Although not absolute requirement, experience of debt funded transactions focusing on real estate finance and acquisition finance would be beneficial. This firm prides itself on its extensive local connections and, as such, advises many of the financial institutions and government agencies. A real opportunity.
