NQ+ Employment Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter to join an ambitious and friendly team in a growing firm which enjoys an excellent reputation. 

The employment law team is Top Tier Legal 500 and Top Ranked Chambers and has experience in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, representing clients from a broad range of public and private organisations as well as individuals and senior executives. Other sectors in which they work include energy, construction, transport and private client/agriculture. 

The successful candidate will have done a Commercial seat during their training contract, ideally in Employment. The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting, technical and communication skills and will be confident in advising clients directly, providing timely and practical legal advice. You will be expected to lead on your own matters with appropriate support and supervision and you will also have the opportunity to provide support on more complex matters led by senior fee earners. You will also be expected to play a strong role in business development
