Commercial IP Lawyer
Due to maternity leave of a senior associate, this leading City firm seeks to recruit an experienced Commercial, IP Lawyer on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
This role will be broad; the firm acts for a wide range of clients that spans many sectors which include finance, retail, technology, telecoms etc, as well as public sector organisations. Day to day the role will involve advising clients on a wide range of commercial agreements and advertising and marketing matters including, copy clearance, claim substantiation, ASA complaints and appeals, promotional activity, commercial and non-commercial exploitation of brands, licensing, domestic and multi-jurisdictional sales and prize promotions, advertising/marketing agency contracts and structuring and negotiating brand extension and merchandising arrangements.
Applications are sought from lawyers with a private practice background and at least five years gained within Commercial, IP & Technology.
