Recognised as having one of the leading private equity transactional practices in Europe and the US, this elite US law firm is now looking to recruit an experienced corporate solicitor for the London office which is going from strength to strength.
This is one of the few international law firms with extensive experience in a broad range of private equity transactions and so you can expect to work on a range of venture capital initial fund raisings as well as complex cross-border, multibillion-pound buyouts.
Suitable applicants will be mid-senior level with experience of working on private equity transactions gained at another leading London-based US or UK firm. The team is well resourced at the more junior levels and you can also expect plenty of support from lead partners highly experienced in this field. This is a unique opportunity to join a team at a strategic stage in the team's ongoing development.
