Job Details
The well regarded real estate team at this international firm seek a talented mid-level associate c.3-5pqe to assist on advising all aspects of commercial property. They advise on the investment, structuring, leasing and financing aspects of real estate. As one would expect in such an international firm the work is both UK and global in nature.
The broad range of work covers all aspects of commercial real estate on behalf of both real estate investment and development companies. The clients range from investment banks, private equity houses and corporates. Whilst there is some corporate support the vast majority of the work is stand alone.
To be considered for this role you should have solid real estate experience gained at a leading real estate practice. This is a great opportunity to drive your career forward at an international firm with an impressive client roster working on big ticket deals.
