This firm is the vanguard of FinTech Corporate legal developments and works on leading Initial Coin Offerings, blockchain security and artificial intelligence and robotic mandates in the Corporate space and currently seeks an NQ to join their illustrious offering.
The team has developed and implemented an impressive branch of know-how within a trusted brand that transcends industry and is a go to firm for businesses now having to employ the latest digital solutions into their Corporate structure.
The successful associate will be working on high quality technology focussed work, as well as TMT and Life Sciences nuances within M&A, venture capital and Private Equity transactional specialisms.
Applications are welcome from candidates who have experience gained at excellent City, Magic Circle, White Shoe and international law firms who can comfortably discuss tech heavy Corporate matters with FinTech savvy clients.
