The Role
This stand-out firm is seeking to recruit a new Commercial Property Solicitor 1-5 PQE at their office in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
The Commercial Property department deals with a very good quality of work and has expertise in all areas of commercial property work, advising clients on a local, regional and national basis. They also have a variety of clients considered as household brand names.
The Commercial Property team, of course, have an expectation of success. However, they are relaxed in their environment with a truly friendly and supportive culture.
Requirements:
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE
- Knowledge and experience of landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals and general commercial property work is essential to this role.
- Salary is very negotiable depending on your establishment within the area and there is an excellent benefits package.
