Job Details
A top-tier international law firm are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join their ranks in their Dublin office.
What are we looking for?
* The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in the technology sector, in addition to M&A, and Equity Capital Markets.
* Experience working in a Top-Tier law firm in Ireland, UK or International.
* Corporate Experience in the technology sector is desirable.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a private practice law firm.
* Strong academic background
The Role:
* Advising clients on broad range of corporate matters which includes, M&A, Joint Ventures and Capital Markets.
* Business Development and the promotion of the firm, seeking opportunities for new work.
* Working with clients in a wide range of industries in particular the Technology sector.
* Managing Transactions end-end.
