**NEW** Employment Associate 4+PQE

A national law firm who are well-regarded for their work in the Employment space are looking to hire a Senior Employment Associate with more than four years post qualification experience. In return, the firm offer excellent career progression prospects, are open to conversations about flexible and agile working and a work/life balance that may not be possible at most City firms.

The role will consist of advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters and a wide range of matters. This will include general advisory work, attending Employment tribunals, whistleblowing claims and advising on reorganisation and redundancy matters for a range of clients in the healthcare space. Demonstrable experience managing and supervising more junior members of a team would be highly advantageous.

The practice are looking to grow their established Employment team with the hire of an individual with a minimum of four years post-qualification experience within a respected regional, City or International firm. Exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work is desirable but they will consider those who specialise in either who are looking for a broader role.
