The role
This Top 80 firm are looking for a Corporate Commercial solicitor, with 1+ years PQE to join their flourishing Southampton, Hampshire office.
The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect. The team are looking for a candidate with the right driven attitude coupled with a basic understanding of Commercial agreement and Corporate transactions.
You will work on a dynamic caseload built from years of the firm servicing their clients. Predominately, you will be dealing with delivering practical pensions advice, advising on contentious and non-contentious corporate commercial matters. You will be working alongside highly experienced solicitors who whilst are knowledgeable, but are also approachable and empathic.
Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor and you will be ideally 1+ years PQE
- You will be experienced in dealing with Corporate Commercial caseloads
- You will be motivated to utilise a fantastic platform.
- You will receive a salary above market rate, but dependant on experience.
