Your new role
You will be joining and working alongside professional and friendly colleagues, offering a full complement of banking advice to borrowers, lenders and providers of debt transactions. You will also be working closely with colleagues from corporate, real estate and tax.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ambitious recently qualified Banking lawyer, who has worked for a leading City or national banking practice. You will have experience of advising clients on complex financing matters and ideally have experience of advising on both UK and cross-jurisdictional matters. This will include knowledge of LMA standard form documentation. Time management is essential in this role, due to a varied workload. You will be self-motivated and whilst still being a key team player.
