The Role
The firm are seeking to recruit a Corporate Tax Lawyer into their Fareham branch.
The Corporate Tax department is highly ranked in the legal 500 and chambers, it is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are incredible.
This tax department is not just corporate support, they are a department in their own rate. lots of the work that flows into this department comes from external referrals, and repeat clients from partner contacts giving you both support, and autonomy. You will be joining a strong team of circa 12 fee-earners, including associates, partners and solicitors.
What really stands this role apart, is the multi-faceted approach the department adopts, ranging from Venture Capital work, Real Estate Finance work and Corporate tax.
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Tax Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit with experience)
- You will have a good technical knowledge
- You will be a commercially minded individual
- Being able to deliver the highest level of client service is essential
- Salary is very competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, you will also receive a lucrative bonus structure and benefits package
