A new and exciting opportunity has become available at a leading, claimant law firm in Kent for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor that is around 2/3 years PQE

The team you will be joining are all leading lawyers that are specialised in Medical Negligence cases, and act on behalf of people that have suffered from illness or injury as a result of substandard care in a medical setting. You will be dealing with cases that have arisen from negligent care from GP Settings, hospitals and clinics; the work you will be undertaking is of high value and extremely rewarding.

To progress to interview stage you must have at least 1 years claimant experience in Clinical Negligence matters and have worked on your own litigated cases.

Experience in Brain Injury and Birthing Injury claims is preferable although not essential.
