The Role
This Top 100 firm are looking fora Commercial Property Solicitor from 0-3 PQE to join its Bristol, Somerset office.
This position will allow the successful candidate to gain excellent exposure through working side by side with a leading Partner. This puts the candidate in an excellent position to develop their technical knowledge and commercial awareness through direct client interaction.
The work will be varied making for an interesting role, including; Commercial leases, Landlord & Tenant, Development, Investment and Sales and purchases.
The firm have a particularly strong client base of SME, hoteliers, retailers, and leisure companies. They have an enviable client-base.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 0-3 PQE
- You will be comfortable running your own Commercial Property caseload
- Would be an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has trained with a regional firm and is looking to join a heavy hitter.
- You will deal with a client base that has been built up over several decades
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
