Real Estate Counsel – Contract – Central London – Competitive Salary

Our client is City law firm, looking for a mid-level/senior commercial real estate lawyer for a 3-month initial contract. This role has come about due to an influx in work and some reorganisation, resulting in the need for an experienced extra pair of hands to join their team. This role presents the opportunity to get a broad range of real estate experience and is a great opportunity for someone to gain more private practice experience and polish up their technical skills - whilst having a flexible working arrangement. You will be working on a broad range of development work requiring experience in funding agreements and property sales. You will be tasked with drafting and negotiating of complex agreements, specifically in relation to residential development – any previous experience in this area will be beneficial.

To be considered for this role, you must be a minimum of 4PQE, be UK qualified and you will have received top city law firm training and be available immediately. Candidates from private practice or in-house roles are all encouraged to apply.
